A focused corporate and commercial law practice with deep expertise in Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Company Law, Consumer Law, Insurance Law, and Arbitration. Established in 2022, New Delhi.
I began my legal career in 2017 in Ahmedabad, appearing before the Gujarat High Court, NCLT, Debt Recovery Tribunals, and District Courts at a time when the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code had just come into force. Those early years — filing some of the first CIRP petitions in the country — gave me a ground-level understanding of insolvency law that no classroom could have provided.
From Ahmedabad, I moved to New Delhi and spent the next several years working across leading corporate law chambers, building experience in insolvency, company law, arbitration, and commercial litigation before courts ranging from district courts to the Supreme Court. I briefed Senior Counsels, argued independently, and was part of matters that produced landmark judgments at the NCLAT and the Supreme Court of India.
In April 2022, I established Valecha Law Offices with a clear purpose — to build a practice where clients are never handed off, where every brief is read by the person arguing it, and where legal strategy is driven by commercial outcome, not billable hours.
That is the practice I run today. Lean, focused, and entirely partner-led.
"Every matter has a client behind it whose business, rights, or livelihood depend on the outcome. I never lose sight of that."
Our practice is deliberately concentrated. We handle corporate, commercial, consumer, and civil matters with the precision that comes from deep experience in each area. Every client receives direct partner-level attention from instruction to conclusion.

Practice AreaEmployment and service matters — disciplinary proceedings, termination, reinstatement, and service benefit disputes before High Courts, the Central Administrative Tribunal, and service tribunals.
Practice AreaA selection of reported judgments and significant matters handled by the firm across the Supreme Court, High Courts, NCLT, and NCLAT.
Every matter is handled at the partner level from instruction to conclusion. Clients are not passed to juniors once the brief is settled. This is a deliberate choice, not a constraint of size.
With over 100 matters before the NCLT and NCLAT and several reported judgments including Supreme Court citations, our insolvency practice is built on hands-on precedent, not theoretical knowledge.
We practise corporate, commercial, consumer, and civil law. We do not practise tax law. Concentration in chosen areas produces results that a general practice cannot replicate.
Legal advice at Valecha Law Offices is framed in terms of commercial risk and practical outcome. We help clients decide, not just understand.
Initial enquiries are treated with complete confidentiality. We respond within one business day.
